Thank you to my new collector who has added this piece to their mountain home.
Ravens and their smaller cousins, crows, are incredible thieves. Besides food and bones, I have seen them steal bits of cloth, jewelry, feathers, pieces of automobiles, leaves, pieces of paper, Starbuck's coffee cups, and even childrens' toys. In this case, our raven friend found a turquoise-colored bead in a parking lot and made off with it as a prized treasure.
